About LEBLANC pleated products
In general for pleated products, the pleats are applied to the fabric, which is then cut and sewn.
For PLEATS PLEASE, the fabric is first cut, sewn, and shaped before pleats are applied, resulting in a different finish from products that are sewn after pleats are applied.
For this reason, some garments may have press marks on the front and back of the body area and sleeves due to the pleating process, but please understand that this is a characteristic of the manufacturing process.

About handling of pleated products
This is a guide to the handling methods for pleated products.
For the handling method of each product, please refer to the “handling precautions” and the “washing instructions” that are listed on the product label.
Please take proper care of your products so that you can use them for a long time.
About cleaning
- Place the product in a laundry net and machine wash in water under 30°C on a short cycle, or hand wash by pressing the item lightly.
- After washing, gently spin or squeeze out water, arrange the product in the direction of the pleats, and hang to dry in the shade in a well ventilated area.
- We recommend washing the product each time you wear it to maintain the pleats longer.
About storage
- Roll up the garment along the direction of the pleats for storage.
- Store it in a dry place and avoid stretching or applying pressure.
- Avoid hanging the product on a hanger for long periods to prevent altering the shape of the pleats.
Precautions
- Do not dry clean.
- Please avoid using a tumble dryer, iron, or steamer because the pleats can be damaged from heat.
- We recommend using detergent that do not include fabric softeners because they can soften the shape or look of the product.
- Do not wear the garment for a long period of time while it is wet, and do not apply pressure to the pleats while they are stretched.
- Due to the nature of the products, it is not possible to adjust the length of the sleeves, hem, and other areas.
- Please note that we do not offer reprocessing of pleats.
